Tristin Wood

Tristin is an Arizona native and an Orthodox convert. Last year was his first time as counselor at ASC, and it gave him memories he's enjoyed ever since. Tristin currently studies law at ASU, where he focuses on land and wilderness-management law. This comes from a deep appreciation of the glory in all creation, and he hopes to bring some of that spirit this year to ASC. When he's not studying, Tristin is usually country dancing, hacking through a Middle English reader, or enjoying the sunshine.

Nick Kouracos

Nick Kouracos is a Southern California native who is passionate about teaching and is planning to move to Phoenix to pursue his career. He has been actively involved in youth ministry at St. Paul's in Irvine for many years and has also been a part of camp and youth ministry for the past 9 years. Nick was previously on the ASC staff in 2018, and he will always remember the intense energy that Arizonians radiate. He is excited to go back to All Saints camp to get to know and share with the Arizona community. Nick is eager to move to Arizona to explore hiking trails, fishing spots, and meet new and amazing people.

Niko Villela is currently a student at Arizona State University studying Mechanical Engineering and Italian. He also plays for the ASU men’s club soccer team and has been fortunate enough to complete in Nationals over the past years. Niko has grown up in the church since he was very little. Fun fact! Niko’s dad is from Mexico and his mom’s family is all from Greece. Niko has deep roots with the culture and traditions that the Orthodox Church provides and is incredibly excited to share that with the campers this year at ASC. Niko’s favorite hobbies are drawing (cartoons or painting), athletics (soccer, basketball, etc), and enjoying the outdoors. Niko is honored to come to camp and experience God with an amazing group of campers this year.

Matt Walsh

No stranger to summer camp, Matt is excited to be returning to All Saints Camp this year! As a counselor since 2015, he just can't get enough and wishes everyday was summer camp! Matt is an Arizona native, living in Wickenburg with his best friend and wife, Jacky and their 1 year old son, Peter. When he's not working, Matt loves being in the wild and has a passion for cars and offroading. Looking forward to this summer, he can't wait to connect with each and every one of you, and grow closer together with God. So get ready, and we'll see all your bright and shining faces soon as we embark on a summer adventure to remember!

Thomas Sims

Thomas is extremely excited to be returning to All Saints Camp for his second year. About to finish his fifth year as a teacher, he longs to get out of the valley, touch some grass, and minister to kids in the great outdoors. When he is not discussing Aristotle's Nicomachean Ethics with 11th graders or teaching 6th graders why objects all experience the same acceleration due to gravity despite having different masses, he can be found on his patio playing the mandolin, composing poetry at a coffee shop, or watching art house cinema. His staunch belief that God has given humans a moral imperative to consume, contemplate, and appreciate that which is truly beautiful makes him desire to appreciate the beauty of God's created natural world with his campers and to help guide them towards virtuous living.
